Normal production time is 15-20 working days after receipt of approved artwork. We'll do our best to meet your requirements, though. Please let your customer service rep. know your deadline when quoting or placing order. 

We custom produce the binders so we need to plan for spoilage during the production process. Because of this, we reserve the right to ship overs or under as follows: 1,000 or less +/-10%; 2,500 or more +/-5%. For example, if you order 1000 binders you could possibly end up with as few as 900 binders or as many as 1100 binders. You'd pay the per unit price for however many binders we ship. If exact quantity is required add 10% to the cost of the product.

If your order is canceled for any reason, there will be a cancellation charge for order processing plus any costs incurred up to time of cancellation.

Pricing does not include the cost of shipping and handling of your product. We generally ship from our Dansville, New York (14437) factory. Smaller shipments will be shipped via Fedex Ground. Larger shipments will be shipped prepaid and add by common carrier (truck); a handling charge of 15% will be added to all shipments. Unless specified, we will select the carrier. We cannot be responsible for arrival dates, we can only promise a shipping date. Please note – truck shipment requires a dock for the truck to back up to and for your employee to off-load the truck. If you need the cartons carried inside please let your customer service rep know so the paperwork can be properly completed.

We are happy to ship to multiple locations or hold your order for up to 6 months from the date the order is entered. We will bill the entire order upon completion of production and invoice shipping/handling as it occurs. There is a per-release charge for this service. Please let your customer service rep know your requirements. 

Legal responsibility passes from us to the customer when the merchandise is consigned to a carrier. Damage to merchandise incurred during shipping and/or merchandise lost in transit are the responsibility of the consignee who must file the freight claim. As the shipper, we cannot allow any credit for lost or freight damaged merchandise. We will assist in supplying any information that will be helpful in filing your freight claim. 

Return shipments will not be accepted without authorization from the factory. No returns on custom manufactured merchandise. Acceptable stock merchandise returns are subject to a 20%-25% restocking charge, provided merchandise is returned in perfect condition. No returns allowed after 30 days from date of invoice. 

All shortages must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of order. 

Catalog prices and specifications are subject to change without notification. 

Our products are guaranteed to be free from defective workmanship or material. Defective merchandise should be reported immediately. No claims will be honored after 30 days from receipt of merchandise. 

All orders are taken subject to credit approval, cancellation charges (if order cancelled after entry) and pricing adjustments when order specifications require special manufacturing processes not reflected on quote. 

We reserve the right to use any products we manufacture in our promotional materials unless specifically denied in writing at the time an order is placed.
